<biography>Agga Raya was born into fashion with a father and mother who were totally immersed as designers and manufactures of clothing labels in Poland. As a child, cutting tables and sewing machines were the environment of Agga’s playground. By age 16, Agga put together her first fashion show of collection pieces entirely made out of paper inspired by Chinese art. Agga’s mother, Bozena Bonkowska has actively managed the company, Bonitex, who manufactures labels such as Max Mara, French Connection, Gabrielo Sabatini and S’Oliver for over twenty years. Agga’s father, Jerzy Bonikowski , established exclusive “hip hop” fashion labels in Europe, Ukraine, Russia and Poland.

Although Agga entered the Polish University of Law in Lodz at age 18, she was drawn back to fashion with a passion she could not ignore. In 2004 at age 21, Agga had moved to New York City and began working as a fashion stylist for photo shoots and runway shows. During that period Agga was coordinating and styling runway shows for brands such as United Colors of Benetton, Levis, Cachè and Arden B. while simultaneously designing and selling her own accessories, scarves and pants. She sold her designs to street vendors on New York City’s hip Prince and Green Streets. She worked at Avalon and connected with the club scene where her designs were a big hit. While working an internship with a French label, Genes, for six months, Agga was introduced to the world of fabric and trim vendors and production companies and quickly became hooked on the idea of becoming a designer. During this time, Agga was selected to design a collection for an International Modeling Competition for the opening show at Hilton Hotel Manhattan and designed clothes for Traxx Records.

Agga moved to Chicago in 2006 where she had an opportunity to set up a production studio to begin designing her sample collections. As a successful and extremely creative fashion stylist, Agga quickly began to work with the editors of every important magazine and newspaper in Chicago – The Tribune, Gliterati, Flaunt, Joy, Chicago Social, Time Out, New City, Factio, Chicago Scene, Soak,Sift…

The AGGA B. collection began to immerge on the editorial pages. Agga was featured in the Chicago Sister Cities Fashion Show in September 2006 and was selected to be a featured designer of Genart’s Fresh Faces 2007.

<biography>CC Bella is an exquisite line of one-of-a-kind jewelry and accessories for women who are fashionable and enjoy expressing their individuality. Designer Catherine Chamberlain makes each piece by hand adding her own stylish flare, which is whimsical and sophisticated. She creates unique items that are trendy and hip, yet classic and timeless.

Interest in fashion is a family tradition for Ms. Chamberlain. Her great-great grandfather owned a sewing manufacturing business specializing in men’s dress shirts; her grandfather’s manufacturing company focused on women’s and girl’s clothing; and her father eventually joined the family business. Catherine’s mother, a true fashionista, made sure her two daughters were always beautifully dressed.

Born and raised in Goldsboro, North Carolina, Ms. Chamberlain moved to Chicago to begin a career in communications after graduating from Appalachian State University. Catherine enjoyed six years rising through the ranks at two major broadcast service companies, but she longed to follow her passion for all things fashion.

After making jewelry for friends and family for birthday and holiday gifts, Ms. Chamberlain held her own trunk show in 2002, which proved to be huge success. Encouraged by the strong showing, Catherine decided to leave the communications industry to design jewelry full-time.

Catherine Chamberlain named her company to reflect her personality as well as her design philosophy. The letters “CC” are Ms. Chamberlain’s initials; “Bella” means “Beautiful” in Italian, and also provides a tribute to Catherine’s late grandfather, Ulysses Gambella.

CC Bella pieces can be worn depending on your mood, casually dressed or stepping out on the town with elegant evening wear. Ms. Chamberlain believes that what a woman wears – and how she chooses to accessorize – reveals who she is and how she feels. Everyone who wears a CC Bella design is encouraged to harness the power and passion to unleash her inner beauty.</biography>

<biography>The name Richard Dayhoff is synonymous with timeless simplicity in the high-fashion world of apparel. A graduate of the International Academy of Design, Dayhoff’s renowned designs have been celebrated for the past twenty years. Known for his sculptural approach to design and attention to detail, Dayhoff continues to introduce intriguing collections that command attention.
After achieving phenomenal success in women’s ready-to-wear and men’s sportswear, including a signature fragrance, the award-winning designer can now add men’s premium performance underwear as another category he is dominating. Fusing fashion with function, Dayhoff’s state-of-the-art underwear collection is for the man who understands that dressing begins with the layer closest to his body. The multilayer structure of the athletic cut boxer brief rapidly transports perspiration to the outer surface; therefore the inner layer remains dry. This keeps the fabric feeling fresh and lightweight, not to mention its ability to retain its shape due to the incredible memory of the fabric.
Dayhoff’s quiet confidence and creative excellence has earned him the distinction of dressing Oprah Winfrey. His press credits are equally as impressive as he has landed on the cover of WWD seven times as well as garnered features in Harper’s Bazaar, W, Elle, MR and DNR. The permanent exhibit of a design from his women’s ready-to-wear collection at the Chicago History Museum is yet another indication of Dayhoff’s artistic talent.
Richard resides in Chicago where he is a member of Mayor Daley’s Fashion Advisory Council.

<biography>Jennifer began designing different Bras and Strap Sets after a mishap she had while wearing a bridesmaid's dress and trying to hide her bra using duck tape! Her efforts eventually led her to develop B’atchi and it’s current designs. She received a US Patent on the bra in 2002 and have been designing and selling ever since.

Her bra's and strap sets allow women and girls the ability to wear anything backless or low back without having to sacrifice any of their comfort or support. Backless fashions are permeating the fashion industry creating a need to be able to wear real bra cups with real support and all the comfort of a traditional bra.

All of their strap sets are meant to be displayed. The key is to show them off not cover them up. All of the back and shoulder straps on the bras are removable, replaceable and interchangeable. They also carry larger sizes to accommodate women and girls with larger bust sizes.

This recently introduced line features unique pieces combining sultry burlesque elements with rock ‘n roll flair and is already garnering attention from celebrities.

“I’m inspired by the strong and glamorous women of the 1940s”, says Miles. “They lived during a difficult time and were challenged to take on new roles and make the most of what they had. They worked hard but they never sacrificed their sense of style and panache. I want today’s woman to be able to embody and express that combination of steel and style.”

Creating a media stir, Time Out Chicago describes Love, Lulu Mae as "one-of-a-kind head pieces," while DailyCandy dubs the collection as "head-turning." <biography>Designer Nicole James began designing and selling jewelry a few years ago. "My mom took me to New York and while in SoHo, I noticed a street vendor selling handmade leather clutches. I was so inspired to see a young person like myself trying to get their art directly into the hands of the public. I knew I could do it too."

Each piece of Nicole James Jewelry is handcrafted in her studio space in Chicago's Art District in Chicago's Pilsen neighborhood. "I love it here. I'm located near all of these really great art galleries and a lot of cool people. It motivates me to keep designing and evolving my aesthetic."

Using quality gemstones, brass filigrees and charms, and gold-filled and sterling silver chain, Nicole's work is heavy on earth tones. "There's something so beautiful about a piece of semi-finished agate or carnelian - it still resembles the natural habitat it came from."</biography>

The tagline for the fashion forward company is “every girl should have one,” and the woman behind the reasonably priced line of earrings and necklaces knows a thing or two about why women are instinctually attracted to her jewelry.

Graduating from college with a degree in Chemistry and working in the corporate world in Human Resources, Kristen Amato initially began her foray into creating her namesake collections in 2002 by designing jewelry for herself after not being able to find affordable trendy jewelry at her favorite local boutiques.

"My jewelry line is based on the premise of looking great without having to spend a fortune. The designs are trend conscious, yet sophisticated in a fun way. I truly believe you can dress up or down an outfit based on your accessories."

Always a jewelry lover from an early age, Kristen found a niche, an audience and most of all her calling. Now available in over 50 stores nationwide, K.Amato pieces are the perfect accessory for every girl at the perfect price. </biography>

<biography>The charismatic, focused, and extremely artistic fashion designer, Tennille D. White, was born in Chicago, Illinois, July 1980. Her family has always been very supportive of her creativity. As a young child, she studied various dance styles from ballet to liturgical dance. Tennille’s commitment to dance won her a spot with a performance company that toured the U.S. She discovered her true calling during a visit to her sister’s high school. Tennille became mesmerized while attending a fashion design class and this fascination has dominated her focus ever since.

The year after sitting in on the fashion design class, Tennille became a student at Whitney Young High School. She promptly enrolled in one of the two fashion design classes offered. Not satisfied with the limited fashion design curriculum, Ms. White and another fashion focused student urged the principal to add two more classes. Successfully persuading her principal was an early demonstration of Tennille’s commitment to fashion and her innovative leadership ability.

The next step in Ms. White’s journey was attending the International Academy of Design & Technology where she studied under industry professionals. After her completion of college, like so many other fashion design graduates, Tennille was anxiously anticipating starting a fashion career in New York; but she endured an injury that caused her to undergo eight months of physical therapy. During her rehabilitation she made the decision to stay in Chicago, where she feels a true belonging.

Tennille was determined to make an imprint on Chicago’s fashion industry. Her yearnings for success were immediately nourished at the T.U.C.C Women’s Conference where her booth sold out and resulted in numerous orders. In 2004, she launched Tennille White Chicago, her fashion label, and received her first order with a popular Georgia boutique and 14 boutiques followed.

Tennille found her niche from regularly receiving specialized orders from woman size 14+. She has the knack for designing luxurious contemporary clothing for the fluffy woman; her designs are multipurpose, classically lined, and unique, “I design pieces for everyday women that want to get noticed when they walk into a room,” Ms. White tells. “I am so sick of hearing about the fabulous accessories that these women are settling for because they can’t find the right clothes, so they just accessorize a pair of black slacks and a white blouse.” Clients find Tennille White Chicago paradisiacal because the company’s designs are realistic, colorful, and dynamic.

Most fashion designers, no matter how talented, are at the mercy of their seamstress. The seamstress “materializes” the design ideas. For custom orders, Ms. White performs the sewing for her fashion label, allowing her to bring breathtaking life to her own ideas. Tennille’s giant-step, rapid rise in the fashion world is attributed to not only her designs but her gifted sewing ability.

Tennille White is well on her way to setting Chicago’s fashion design industry on fire. Some of her accomplishments include being a repeat designer for the Chicago Bulls organization since 2004, as well as one of the choice designers for the Apparel Industry Board Inc. “Chicago is Red Hot” 2006 and 2007 fashion shows. In just three years, the world has taken notice. The Fashion Group International honored Tennille White with its 2007 “Rising Star” award, for setting the standard for luxury apparel.

Tennille also serves as the President of the Apparel Industry Board Inc.’s Young Designer Network. Through the Apparel Industry Board, Tennille helped to develop and facilitate a program in conjunction with the Chicago Public Schools Education to Careers program for an intercity high school with a fashion department. During this year-long program, she teaches the students what it really means to be a fashion designer. She exposes them to the “real” culture of the fashion industry through interactive activities, lectures and field trips.

Tennille White is one of Chicago’s up and coming young fashion designers. In a short time she has accomplished much, including impressively taking on an exclusive niche market.
