South Loop — Jenny Pfanenstiel of Formé Millinery makes handmade, one of a kind hats for all seasons and occasions for men, women and children. She searches for rare, but quality millinery materials to use within her hats to provide a unique couture piece. Each hat is hand blocked using ancient methods of hat making; blocking straw and wool on old wooden hat blocks. Each hat is hand stitched to provide the best strength and longevity for the hat.
