Biography

Loop — A native of North Dakota and graduate of the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, Anna Hovet started her company, Anna Hovet Designs in January 2009. Her young contemporary collection, Anna Hovet, fuses the worlds of high fashion and streetwear to create an edgy and ultra-wearable line of jackets, sweatshirts, reversible knit dresses, and leggings. A 2009 Designer in Residence at the Chicago Fashion Incubator, Anna has received continuous orders from Oscar-winning actress and singer Jennifer Hudson and her designs have been featured in several publications including Lucky Magazine and the Chicago Tribune.
