Description:

Project:Design! was created to find the best new fashion design talent and provide a high-profile launching pad for their careers. Project:Design! supports the creativity, innovation and artistry of new designers by giving them the exposure, experience and tools they need to take their collections from runway to retail.

Eligibility:

There are no age restrictions or required experience for Project:Design! applicants. You must be able to upload images of 5-10 original/self-designed looks by Midnight CST August 19, 2011.

To win

Upload 5-12 images of your best looks and encourage your friends, family and fans to vote for your collection. The 6 designers with the most votes will be invited to show on the runway at Saint Louis Fashion Week on Tuesday, September 7, 2011. The Project:Design! judge panel will view your runway presentation and choose one top winner.

Six Top Finalists Receive:

High-profile runway show featuring your line at Saint Louis Fashion Week.

Photo and video coverage of your runway show on Saint Louis Fashion Week website.

PR services to promote your line and appearance at Saint Louis Fashion Week.

One pair of shoes courtesy of Brown Shoe (chosen from brands seen on Project:Design! runway)

$50 credit for each of the top six finalist from Fabric.com

$250 credit for the Peoples Choice winner from Fabric.com

One Top Winner Will Receive (To Be Decided At Saint Louis Fashion Week):

A consultation and development of a fashion-forward social media presence to showcase your line, created by 963Collective.
